Dance Class

This term we will have  a Modern Dance class every Friday with Ann Maher. We had our first class today and Ann thought we were fantastic. The class lasted for 30 minutes and we danced to lots of songs including Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Moves Like Jagger.

First we sat in a circle and played a game called Flip Flop. This is a good game for introducing yourself. The first person says Flip, the next person says Flop and then the next person says their name. Then it starts again until everyone gets a chance to say their name.

Then it was time to start dancing (^_^)

We had lots of fun doing the dances. Thank you Ann, we can't wait for next Friday :-)

The Grumpy Sheep

This year our Christmas Play was called The Grumpy Sheep. We had great fun practising the play and worked really hard at learning our lines. We had to remember when it was our turn to speak, dance or sing. On December 11th, we performed the play for our families and friends. They thought we were great and were very proud of us!
